EPAS, is a not-for-profit corporation founded by Beth Parsons and attorney Linda Chew to provide women with unplanned pregnancies quality adoption services. There are many factors surrounding a woman’s decision; however, it is based upon love of the baby and a desire for the child to be in a secure, nurturing environment with unconditional love, opportunities and education. Assistance and services are available to any person who is considering adoption for a child/children.
